TUT Courses with Space for 2026 Late Applications

About TUT

Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) was formed in 2004 following the merger of three former technikons. This merger was aimed at redressing past inequalities by establishing an inclusive institution that provides equal access to higher education for all students. Since then, TUT has expanded significantly and is now the largest contact university in South Africa. The university consists of seven faculties offering a wide range of programmes in fields such as science, engineering and technology, business and administration, education, humanities, and the arts. TUT has also gained international recognition, ranking among the top 1,000 universities globally, with its engineering programmes placed in the top 300 according to Times Higher Education (THE).
