UNISA 2023 Registrations

Below is the list of the University of South Africa, UNISA registration dates for 2023. Please, take note of the following dates in order to register on time for the 2023 academic cycle. The University of South Africa provides all registered students with a free myLife e-mail address. It is your duty as a student to activate your myLife e-mail account soon after your registration has been finalised.

UNISA 2023 Registration dates

9 January to 3 February 2023

Registration for semester modules for undergraduate qualifications, honours degrees and postgraduate diplomas

9 January to 31 March 2023

Registration for master's and doctoral qualifications

9 January to 3 February 2023

Registration for the Master of Accounting Sciences degree, and the MBA and MBL qualifications (some exceptions apply).

How to register

Follow the steps below to register with UNISA online:

1. Go to UNISA website: www.unisa.ac.za

2. Click on "Register" at the top right side of the page

3. Read the registration information for 2023

4. Find the qualification you wish to register for and choose your modules, (Undergraduate & Honours, Master's & Doctoral and Short Learning programmes)

5. Complete your registration online at https://registration.unisa.ac.za

6. Select the qualification level and click "Go".

7. Enter your Student Number in the space provided and other details that are required

8. Consider checking your personal details on the screen

9. If any contact details are missing or incorrect, make sure you change them.

10. Then, click on the modules from the drop-down list for which you want to register.

11. Make sure you meet all the qualification requirements for your chosen modules

12. Ensure that you do not exceed the given number of modules per semester or year, otherwise, it may delay your registration process.

13. After that, you calculate your study fees. Click HERE to obtain a quote for the cost of your modules.

14. Finally, submit your registration.
