MiWay is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme for the 2024 academic year.

Bursaries will be awarded for Actuarial Science studies (at Honours level).

MiWay is looking for talented and aspiring Actuaries in the making. Applicants who enjoy complex thinking and have a creative flair for finding solutions, are invited to apply.

This bursary opportunity aims to foster the next generation of professional actuaries by equipping them with the means to successfully complete their tertiary studies.

The MiWay bursary opportunity will not only cover the candidates tuition fees for the 2024 academic year, but also provide them with career and networking opportunities, allowing them to be catapulted into the professional world.

Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):

  • You must studying towards an Actuarial Science qualification
  • You must be currently in your 3rd year of study and intend on pursuing Honours degree studies in 2024
  • You must be studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae
