Stipend: R10 109.86 per month (basic salary, no benefits)

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Asset Management Internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certification

National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related qualification (NQF Level 6/7)

No prior work experience required
-
Resident of the City of Johannesburg communities
-
Must never have participated in an internship irrelevant to their field of study
What You’ll Do – Primary Functions
As an Asset Management Intern, you will:

Support the monitoring and review of fixed asset accounting procedures
-
Ensure asset capitalisation, transfers, and disposals are accurately recorded
-
Assist with asset reconciliations and financial reporting notes
-
Help prepare and interpret asset management data for statutory compliance
-
Provide advisory support on asset control standards to departments
