About DUT
The top university in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) is the Durban Institution of Technology (DUT), which has more than 33,000 students. Pietermaritzburg and Durban, two stunning cities, are home to it (PMB). Since teaching and learning are highly valued at this university of technology, all of its faculty members must hold the most advanced degrees.
The ML Sultan and Technikon Natal Technikons merged to form the Durban University of Technology in April 2002. Like the other technical universities, it was known as the Durban Institute of Technology before being renamed the Durban University of Technology.
